Occlusal splints

There are varying reasons your dentist may suggest the use of an occlusal splint such as teeth grinding and the more extreme bruxism. With the use of our advanced digital technology in conjunction with our detail driven technicians we are able to take comfortable digital impressions of the mouth and manufacture a custom splint that fits seamlessly and addresses your oral health concerns

Bi Laminate Splints are softer and more flexible in construction and as such are suitable only for patients suffering from minor grinding of the teeth looking to provide protection from further damage.

Michigan Splints are more solid in construction made from a much harder acrylic making them ideal for patients suffering from extreme teeth grinding or bruxism. These can be crafted with or without ball/adams crib clasps for extra retention.

Essix Retainerare specifically designed for patients who have recently undergone orthodontic work to combat teeth migration.

Anterior Splint/MCI/NTI-  This splint is used widely to treat temporomandibular joints with reciprocal clicking.

Made from a range of soft flexible material to harder acrylic to specifically target problem areas our highly customised occlusal splints are comfortable solution our patients are content to wear.
